Publishing and Selling
To list your property, click on Publish Property in the main menu. Fill out the form with your property details, upload quality photos, and choose the plan that best suits your needs. Our team will review your listing and activate it within 24 hours.
To sell a property in Cuba you need: Updated property deed, Property Registry certification, Owner's ID document, and if applicable, authorization from all co-owners. We recommend consulting with a notary for specific cases.
Exchange (permuta) is the swap of properties between two or more parties. On Casas Oasis you can list your property indicating you're looking for an exchange and describe what type of property you're interested in. When you find a match, both parties must agree on terms and formalize before a notary.
Yes, you can list your property even if you live abroad. You will need to designate a representative in Cuba with power of attorney to manage visits and paperwork. Contact us and our team can help you coordinate the entire process.
We recommend including photos of: exterior facade, living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and any special areas (terrace, patio, garage). Photos should be clear, with good natural lighting, and show tidy spaces. A listing with good photos receives up to 10 times more views.

Interested parties can contact you directly through the details you provide (phone, email) or through our contact form. You will receive notifications when someone is interested in your property.
The listing duration depends on the plan you choose. You will receive notifications before it expires so you can renew if desired. You can also pause or delete your listing at any time from your user panel.
No, Casas Oasis does not charge commissions on the sale price. You only pay the fixed price of the listing plan you choose. This allows you to save thousands compared to services that charge percentages. See our terms and conditions for more details.
We offer options to highlight your listing: professional quality photos, detailed description, competitive price, and premium plans that give greater visibility. We also share properties on our social networks and Telegram and WhatsApp groups.
