Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Contact data: name, phone, email
- Property information: address, features, photos
- Account information: if you register as a user
Information collected automatically:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Pages visited and time spent
- Cookie information (see Cookie Policy)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To publish and display your properties to potential buyers
- To facilitate communication between publishers and visitors
- To send notifications about your publication (expiration, messages received)
- To improve our services and user experience
- To compile anonymous usage statistics
3. Public vs Private Information
Public Information: Property data, contact name and phone.
Private Information: Your email address is NOT published. Interested parties can contact you through our system without seeing your email.
4. When We Will Contact You
- When someone sends you a message about your property
- When you receive comments on your publication
- When your publication is about to expire (two notices)
- When your publication has expired
- In exceptional cases requiring team communication
5. Third-Party Authentication
Casas Oasis allows you to sign in using external authentication providers such as Google, including One Tap sign-in: if you are signed in to Google in your browser, Google may show you a prompt to sign in to Casas Oasis with your account. That prompt is generated and controlled by Google; we only receive your data if you accept it. By using any of these options, you authorize Casas Oasis to access the following information from your account:
- Full name — to identify your profile on the platform
- Email address — to create or link your account and send notifications
- Profile picture — to personalize your experience (optional, only the URL is stored)
This information is used exclusively to:
- Create and manage your Casas Oasis account
- Verify your identity when signing in
- Send communications related to your listings
We do not access your contacts, calendars, files, or any other data from your Google account.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: Casas Oasis's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer, sell, or use your Google data for advertising, market research, or any purpose other than those described in this policy.
Account unlinking
You can unlink your Google account at any time from your user dashboard or by contacting us through our contact form. Upon unlinking, we will delete the data obtained from Google (profile picture and provider identifier). Your Casas Oasis account will be maintained and you can set a password to continue accessing it.
6. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in these cases:
- By legal requirement from competent authorities
- For promotion on social networks (can be disabled)
- With service providers who help us operate the site (under confidentiality agreements)
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to the use of your data for certain purposes

9. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or necessary to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Memory of the Oasi assistant. So that it does not ask you the same things on every visit and can tell you about new listings, our assistant Oasi remembers your search preferences: type of operation, areas, number of bedrooms, budget, home type and amenities you asked for, and whether you requested a valuation or started publishing a listing. It does not store your name, your phone, your email or the text of your messages. If you are signed in, this memory is linked to your account; otherwise, to a cookie in your browser (or your device identifier in the app), without knowing who you are. Anything unused for 90 days is deleted automatically. You can view and erase it at any time: ask Oasi ("forget my searches") or do it from My account → Profile → What Oasi remembers. Deleting your account erases it too.
