How much does it cost to be a professional here?
Nothing. The professional account, the public profile, the CRM and the verified badge are free. The only thing you pay for is featured placement, and only if you want it.
Do I need a licence to sign up?
Not to sign up. You do need one for the verified badge: that is exactly what the badge says — that we saw your licence and your ID.
I already have an account as an owner. Do I lose my listings?
No. It is the same account: your listings, your photos and your enquiries stay exactly as they are. Only what your account can do changes.
What is the difference between an agent and an agency?
An agent works on their own: one profile, their own listings. An agency is a business with a team: it has its own page, it invites agents and it sees the whole inventory.
