Trust at Casas Oasis
What does “Verified” mean?
VERIFIEDOur team personally reviewed who this professional is: their identity, their licence to work in real estate in Cuba, and that their contact details are genuinely theirs.
The review
What we check
- Official identity document of the person or business owner.
- Valid licence for real-estate brokerage or equivalent business registration.
- That the phone and contact details on the profile belong to the professional.
- Real activity on the platform: genuine listings and responsiveness to clients.
The badge is granted only by Casas Oasis administrators — it cannot be bought, and nobody can self-assign it. If a verified professional stops meeting the requirements, the badge is removed.
Honesty
What it does NOT mean
The badge confirms who the professional is — it is not a guarantee of any specific transaction. Always review each property and its paperwork before closing a deal.
